Woo, weighed in today at 191, which means I lost 3lbs yesterday! (okay okay it's water weight, I know, but it's SO nice to see that scale move)
Day 2 is going great so far, had a slimfast shake for breakfast and then hit the gym after class. Just got home, going to do my planks and crunches and then have a delicious salad for lunch.
