It has been a while since I have been on here. After a crazy semester, including renegotiating our teachers' contract, I am ready to focus on my self again. This is such a supportive community, and I am in need of that support. From July '07-until about January '09, I lost almost 70 pounds. I have been on a self-inflicted plateau for the past six months! The good news is that I have maintained where I stopped losing. The bad news is that I haven't lost any more.
BUT... this thread is going to be my daily weight and exercise accountability. I started training for a half marathon (August 2), but have a strained tendon, so I have been unable to run for 2 weeks. Hopefully Wednesday I will be able to start running again. In the meantime, I have been riding the exercise bike, so I am not without workouts.
So, here we go! I am going to do morning weigh-ins. I would like to lose 2 pounds per week at least. I would like to be in the 190's when I go to D.C. in mid-July!

6/25- ? - Off (Don't know weight today and yesterday b/c I was at my mom's house without a scale!)
