Am I just an anomaly or has this happened to anyone else? My glasses, yes, that's right my glasses, are loose and always falling off. I can't say for certain that it's related to weight loss but I just can't see what other reason there could be. It's very strange. I'm due for an eye exam anyway and am going to go for contacts this time so it all works out but still, it's annoying and weird.
Well, I don't wear glasses, but I had hats that became unwearable because they were so large. My shoes for sure got loose on me. None of them were able to been worn. I needed a whole new slew of them. I had a ring literally fall of my hand. There wasn't one part of me that wasn't affected by the weight loss.
The nose piece on your glasses can be readjusted. Just take it in to any optitian or eye glasses place and they can do it for you. (I had to have my loosened when I gained because they pinched.) As well, the tension on your eyeglass arms may not be what it should be--they can adjust that, too.
Yes, my glasses slide down my nose too. Oh, and I used a hand dryer at work and it blew my wedding ring off my finger into a stall where some woman was doing her business - I had to wait for 20 minutes for her to get done to retrieve it.

I'm certain that wasn't funny at the time but it has me cracking up
I noticed this too. I could remember when I was a preteen always using my right hand thumb and middle finger and wrapping it around my left wrist while touching the fingertips. ( There was a theroy that however many times you could go up a half inch it meant that was how many kids you would have....silly, I know ) and as the years went on there was no way I could touch those fingers even once. Now I can again.
I haven't put any weight into my wrists, face, or feet really. Even my legs are thin. It all went to my midsection. -_- If I do have any wrist fat, I think they'll be STICKS when I lose it, because I can already wrap my thumb and index finger and my thumb overlaps and reaches over to the first knuckle.
I do complain and don't complain... I don't complain because everyone tells me, despite being overweight, that I have fanTASTIC long legs. I do complain because while I am not storing it in my legs, I am storing it in my midsection and abdomen, which is the most threatening to my health. I guess it's a double-sided sword.
