Yeah I understand I havent even been losing weight for a month and my weightloss seems to have stalled I have been eating more poorly the past week but still its really frustrating, I am totally with ya on wanting to get into the 160s im so close and its so frustrating! i hear ya <3
I've had similar weeks---do everything really well and the planned weight loss doesn't happen. I've learned to focus on eating well and exercising--some weeks the weight drops, some week not. I hate it when it doesn't work, but I've learned not to react, just to accept it all as a part of the process...anyway, I know that feeling and just wanted to say hang in there.
I have always found that when I'm close to moving down to the next decade (179, 169) that always seems to be the time that my weight loss stalls. I remember it happened around 180 and I thought it would take the scale forever to read 179. The same thing happened at 170. Finally the scale dropped down to 169 and now I finally feel like I am safely in the 160s. It's definitely frustrating, but just look at what you have accomplished and know that it will happen.
