Weekly weigh in?
 

Hello folks---what happened to the weekly weigh in thread. I found that really helpful.....people posted their weight change for the week etc.....so I'll start (please join in if you like). I'm down 2.2, slow going all the way around, but I'm keep up with a soft calorie count plan and regular, nearly daily, exercise. Have a great weekend everyone. :)

I was down 2 pounds this week. Yay. It has been raining all morning and I have been spending WAYYYYY to much time on the computer. :) I'm ready for the sun to come out so I can get to my daily lawn and garden work out! I need to pick spinach for a salad I want to take to a function tonight.
