Yeah I agree with the others...if it's not causing you to binge then don't feel so guilty over it ;)

I love watching the food network and will sometimes take up the challenge to make a healthier version of what they showed. Sometimes it comes out and sometimes it doesn't :lol: but experimenting is fun!
