Are there any sites that lay out meal plans for you for your calorie range, but let you swap out things if you don't like the meal? Something like maybe the Slim Fast site has, but with more options? I think e-diets does this, but I'd rather use the money for foods to help me stay on plan.
I'm doing calorie counting but find it a bit tedious to count everything, plan meals everyday by myself. How much do yous plan or do you just count as you go along for the day?
