It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 190.5. Now seesawing in the low 190's. Well, I knew that when I started that maintaining was going to be a bear. At least I am aware of it, and not ignoring it. I at least have the chance to deal with it!

152.4, down 0.6 pounds to my lowest ever adult weight. I guess it's just going to be a slow ride from now on!

I'm a little slow on the reply this week but Friday I weighed 234.2 down 4.6 from last week.

Yesterday, I was 200 lbs. Today, I am 199 lbs! Woohoo!
