It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 190.5. Now seesawing in the low 190's. Well, I knew that when I started that maintaining was going to be a bear. At least I am aware of it, and not ignoring it. I at least have the chance to deal with it!

Yesterday, I was 200 lbs. Today, I am 199 lbs! Woohoo!
Current Attempt (Slow Carb Diet, restarted May 3, 2015) > Previous Attempt (Slow Carb Diet, 2013-14)

= 10 lbs lost; = 5 lbs lost:
164 lbs = No longer Overweight!
