The only way you could have legitimately gained 8 pounds was to eat 28,000 while staying in bed and not doing anything at all.

Its totallly water weight and its nothing to be worried about. It will come back off in the next few days, I promise!

Yep... sodium intake tends to be the culprit if you've ruled out water retention & TOM Glad you figured it out!!

Yeah I find any day I eat out my salt intake is through the roof.

I've found different ways to season my food like with onion powder and garlic powder

I also don't add salt to anything anymore lol.
