well, i fell off the wagon. i haven't been here in quite a while. the last time i was here and stayed on plan i lost 8 ponds in decent amount of time. well, then i went to germany and gained it all back. my 18th birthday was on friday and i've decided its time to get into shape for real. the reason i didn't start last week was because it was spring break. so i'm going to start my new lifestyle tomorrow. but i'm going to take it slowly and one step at a time. all the other times i tried doing this before i did it all at once and always lost control of it. i've already kind of started my plan too, i've only been drinking water and milk since friday. tomorrow i'm going to start cutting down on all the bad stuff and then i'll slowly start replaceing the bad things with healthy things. plus, i have soccer practice everyday after school so i'll get 2 hourse of excersize a day, 5 days a week.
i'm ready to start this again and stick with it. i really really want it this time.
