well, I ate more this past week (1,500 calories instead of the usual 1,200-1,300 as I had done for the past 129 lbs I've lost to date
) and found out on the scale this morning I dropped 2 lbs!
*I actually could have dropped another pound or 2 since the scale fluctuated towards the end, but the usual steady number before it fluctuated on the scale was a 2 lb weight loss.*
I also got to my 130 lb weight loss goal this morning! Wow, I came a LONG way!!!
Sure feels good this morning!
