Default I lost track but now I'm Back

Hi everyone...

I lost track few months ago and gained over 18pounds, but now I’m back to 3fc.
This time I am trying a new way to diet and that is through a place called "Diet Cafe" they prepare and deliver the food to you every day..
the Consultant as she calls herself put me on a 1400cal, for one month.

I know 3FC really helped me and will help me again...

I logged on 3FC this morning for the same reason. It's been a year since I joined and I need some new motivation. I need to order a new pedometer too since it seems like when mine broke, that's when I lost track of what I was doing.
