I am sooooo frustrated....I am in my third week of WW and the scale has stopped moving...the first week, I lost 6 pounds...the 2nd week, I lost 1 pound...and now I keep weighing myself in the morning AND ITS NOT MOVING...
I am working out for 40 minutes 5 times a week and keeping it down to 1900 calories...
My question is...should I lower my calories...i am 5'10 and 248 pounds...what should I be eating??
