B- one whole egg (I'm with Lori), peppers, onions, mushrooms, Frank's hot sauce and whole wheat toast
L - Snickers Marathon protein bar
S - vanilla yogurt, mini choc chips 1T, blueberries, walnuts
D - shrimp scampi with broccoli, carrots, and cauliflauer

Would someone please describe what greek yogurt is...thanks!

It's a very dense, thick yogurt. It has a totally different consistency, almost like whipped cream (although it doesn't taste like whipped cream, of course). I don't find it as "tart" as regular yogurt. Fage is probably my very favorite brand, but it's the most expensive (cuz that's how I roll). I usually buy the cheaper Trader Joe's store brand.

Greek yogurt comes plain or flavored, and there are non fat, low fat versions like traditional yogurts.
