I'm having fun training for this - I've gone from walking 5K, to walking 5K faster, to doing some running intervals! One more week to go...

I've been debating whether to do this one or leave it alone for a while. My knees are not good so I've not run since the Valentine 5k. But I will do this: I'll do a 15k on my exercise bike to make up for not running as I usually do. If the weather is fine I might be able to walk a 5k but no promises on that one. So am I in???

Forgot to mention that the next empty number is good with me. Don't know where I'll be on the 17th as we are expecting our first grandchild on the 19th and my FIL is in hospital dying and there could be a funeral anytime now. So if you don't hear from me you'll know circumstances got in the way.

I totally messed up my legs. So, doing a 5K per day is not smart. Oops. I'll be ready!

Well gals I am working almost 100 miles from home next week with a heavy commute on the way home, especially if we work 10 hour days (not sure yet) anyway, I have to work this week-end too ....so....I had a chance to take the mutts out for 3.1 after work today...

the time was not great....ya see...we met the kids coming home from the elementary school on our way back...they just love my golden retrievers

It was a great walk though...we hustled when we could....

TIME ~ 61 Minutes

POOP STOPS ~ 2

PEE STOPS ~ 2

TIME WITH KIDS ~ Never enough

I-pod ~ 19 Alan Jackson songs

ENJOY YOUR 5K's!!!

Great time for a 5KWD (With Dogs), EZ! I always feel guilty counting walks with mine as "exercise" because we stop so much - for all the same reasons you did, plus other dogs who need to be greeted and Interesting Smells that must be investigated.
