Hooray, Babette--you made it! I know that it feels good to have a block behind you. I say it again--you're an inspiration!
I'm on Day 2 and it's good to know that I can still feel hunger--haven't let myself feel that for a while. Also, I'd forgotten how good it feels to say no to 'treats'. Ended yesterday with a total of nine fruits and veggies and 10 glasses of water.
Last time I went for 32 days I was counting calories and that doesn't feel appropriate this time, I'm still working on my plan. I'm attacted to eating intuitively, but do I trust myself with that at this point?
