I'm staying on plan today because this morning I ran into a former coworker/smoking buddy whom I haven't seen since September and he couldn't quit raving about how much weight I've lost. In fact he said he was almost jealous! (He and I are about the same size now; I was much larger last time I saw him.) Then he REALLY got mad when I told him I quit smoking too. He demanded to know my secret! Wish I knew!!
Because the show must go on! OK, so I'm feeling a little lazy today, lots of procrastination going on, plus an unplanned granola bar that somehow managed to slip into my food plan. I'm owning up to it now and pledge to stay in my calories anyways. Plus, I'm going for the first outdoor run of the year RIGHT NOW.
