I have this thread from the 100# section set to email me every post too! it's so motivational, I'm glad you started this one too!!

I'm going to stay on plan today b/c I'm going to Disney in a month and every day from now until then is going to count! I will not head back in the wrong direction.

Today I'm gonna stay on plan because I want to surprise my family at my sons bday party at end of month and I want to feel good about my size again

I am going to stay on plan ... today, tomorrow, next week, next month .... because I have adopted a completely different lifestyle that includes clean eating, lots of exercise and no excuses ...... and because IT FEELS SO GOOD!

TODAY i'm going to stay on super CLEAN plan because today was weigh in day and I gained.

No time to stress though! Gotta get back on track and work out to make up for it!

I will stay on plan today because I think I saw a line down the middle of my flabby stomach today. That leads me to believe there might just be an actual abominal muscle hiding shyly underneath. I want to encourage it to come out & be seen.

I'm going to stay on plan because I am going to Brazil in March, and want to be comfortable in the coach seat for 16 hours!

I'm going to stay on plan today because I bought the cutest little dress for summer and cant wait to wear it. Also tried on many other clothes and need to lose a few more pounds to get into those.

Today I am going to stay on plan because every good day I have under my belt makes me stronger and gives me momentum. And I'm going to stay on plan because I have no reason whatsoever not to.
