Get Over Holiday Guilt!
Ok, it's January and the holidays are over. Most of us gained a few pounds and are not real happy about it right? It's time to GET OVER IT. If you ate some cookies for Christmas, or had some alcohol on New Year's, it's OK. You are allowed to live a little!
Nothing good is going to come from feeling guilty about what we ate and about how many pounds we gained. So let's GET OVER IT. The past is the past, and let's think about the future and the goals we've set for January!
