O.K. as of midnight I am on my diet! I really need to make it work this time.......I need some sweet soal (or soalS) to egg me on each day! Ya know, how ya doing? ate any carbs today!;) Do your work out! Any voulenters???

JG, try joining one of the many challenge or chat threads. Check out the diet specific boards, or the "Chicks up for a Challenge" support group for plenty of options. These threads have a built-in support network, where you can get to know some names and get and give support. Best of luck to you with your fitness and weight loss goals!
