So, when I'm working out, I realize I get pre-occupied with music and spend more time changing songs, than finding a rhythm!!
I have been putting books on CD, ripping them, and putting them on my ipod.
But I also recently started putting weight loss pod casts on there!!! Ask Roni podcasts from ronisweigh.com and jillian michaels podcasts from her radio show are GREAT to keep you focused when you dont want to push anymore!!
