what's your New Year's Eve resolution?

Hey ya'll--

what's your New Year's Eve resolution in terms of exercising (aside from the obvious, losing weight :D)?

For me, it's starting on pilates for overall muscle tone.

After that, I also hope to advance to dumbbells and whatnot to help build muscle in my arms and hopefully help get rid of some of the dang flab on my triceps!!

To complete C25K, but outside, not on the treadmill!

I wanna get to walking 2 hours a day.
Indoors is fine for me as I have been doing (since I have asthma that doesn't go well with ohio winters) GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE!

To walk everyday.. I am very unfit so I need to start slow. I vow to be true to myself and remain motivated. And drink water !! "BLAH"

My New Years resolution is to lose weight for myself and not allow my family (not my husband, he is my biggest cheerleader) influence me to give up. Also, to exercise and learn to enjoy it.

My resolution is to be able to run for 45mins to an hour on the treadmill. I would also like to feel comfortable enough to work out with weights without my trainer! But, I think the treadmill thingy is more attainable right now-LOL!

My resolution is to make exercise a habit... something I will do on a regular basis without thinking about it.
