I did bad. I mean really bad the last few days. Lots of sweets, salty stuff, and all around not good things. BUT! I'm back today! Ugh, I'm so thirsty.
No more junk food! I was doing so well too! Oh well, I shouldn't get too upset over it. I messed up and now I have to fix it.
I didn't realize how much I don't like overeating! I feel so gross. My tummy hurts and I'm dehydrated. Argg! Back on plan...
