I'm in no position to post about how healthily I'm eating now, but I wanted to say that I think this is a great thread!
I do remember the first couple of years after I graduated from college (at about 165, which I thought was HUGE, and which is my goal today) I would eat:
Breakfast: either an English muffin with lemon curd and a coke, or a couple of candy bars and a coke
Lunch: a hamburger or cheeseburger or (real! sliced!) turkey sandwich from the deli next door. A coke.
Snacks: About 3 cokes during the day, at least 2 candy bars
Dinner. Ah. Out every night at a local pub with the gang from work. A bacon cheeseburger and fries, a couple of drinks, more cokes, probably cheesecake for desert.
I weighed 220 at the end of my first year out of college -- and somehow maintained that weight eating the above until I went to WW the first time when I was in my early 30s.
