the Before/After pics on this site!
 

Wow! I can't stop looking at them! LOL! Some people change so much I don't think a friend who hadn't seen them in a while would even recognize them!

In almost every picture the "after" pics the person just looks happier, not to say all slim people are happy, but it just looks that way.

I have a LOT of weight to lose. Before finding this site I would have thought the amount I need to lose is near impossible without surgery or something but I have looked at picture after picture of people who have lost MORE weight than I need to.

It would be cool if all the Before/After pictures were in one book or slideshow.

It is SO inspiring to see what people can do with a little hardwork and willpower!

I hope one day I can post MY Before/After pics! :carrot:

And you are right - it does take hard work. But, take each day/meal/moment at a time and you CAN do this!

I know one of the reasons I look happier in my after pics was because I was thinking "okay, I look good in pictures now" and not "ohmygod ohmygod, a camera, hide hide" with a desperate deer in the headlights look on my face. There is a sad period of about 10 years where there are literally maybe 10 photos of me. It was tough for me to come up with before pictures, I avoided the camera so much!
