Someone on here recommended this book as a really good read, I just got it in the mail! :carrot: Anyone read it? Anyone got any reviews? I'm super excited to read it!

Hi-- I recommended "secrets of a former fat girl." It's a good, motivating read.

I did have a post a little while back in this section of the 3fatchicks.com's forum with more titles of recent weight-loss memoirs and whatnot. I'm pretty sure if you go back a few pages, you'll find it.
