Same deal here...40# down and stuck. I hope this week I'll come out of it. I've eaten some pretty cruel things to get me moving again. It's working somewhat. I'm going to do it again tonight to jump start. I hope it works...3 is a charm, hopefully.

Hm. Not to disagree with Hat Trick, but I see a fair bit of protein in there. I am roughly estimating about 60g of protein, which is above the RDA (although not as much as I'd recommend when exercising a lot).

I think the amount of protein could be increased, though, and the processed foods cut back on ... but that's my particular frame of reference.
