Default Everyone weigh in 11/07/08

It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 185, up one pound from last week. It was much, much worse earlier in the week, when I made it up to 189. I've been craving salty food like mad, and I had a few moments of weakness with the Halloween candy chocolate. It could have been worse, I guess, but it sure wasn't good.

183, down 2 from last week. I saw 188 on Monday though (which is my official weigh in day) so I am happy to be down from that!

I weighed in yesterday. I was thrilled to see a 3 pound loss after a week of cooking/tasting for others. (Though I roughly counted each taste) Oddly, things usually take a few days to register on my body, so it might be next weigh in that I'm actually in trouble. Hopefully not.

I'm at 208, down two pounds. First time I've lost two pounds two weeks in a row.

What is it with salty food cravings? I get them sometimes, like I could suck on a salt shaker!

205.5. I'm a little disappointed, though I don't know why I should be. I only lost half a pound. But I didn't exercise half the week because the time change wiped me out. (it's just an excuse I know.) and I ate way more than I had business eating. So I should be happy. I really wanted it to be more. I am so close to Onederland I can taste it.
