Default small victories

Some things to note since the start of my journey:

* I have gone down a belt notch... comfortably.
* I have a new-ish sweater that I now wish I'd bought in smaller size.
* My guy has noticed the changes in my body.
* I can't believe the energy I have now. Gosh, I'm fidgety lately.
* Only 1.2 lbs 'til I've lost 10 lbs.
* Fiber One bars are delicious, fulfilling and only 2 WW Points!
* The left-over Halloween candy has gone untouched.

Now those things alone, while nice, aren't such a big deal. However, when added up it's almost overwhelming. I'm so thankful for 3FC for keeping me enthusiastic about my weight loss. This site s a real treasure. I can see me making it to goal, and that is the greatest victory of all.

that is awesome! it is all about the small changes that add up to something big! i definitely agree with you that this site keeps me going. when i'm feeling like throwing in the towel all i have to do is come here and read some threads and i'm back in the game!
First goal: lowest weight I remember being in the last 10 years

I would like to write down my achievements so far. I know you may not find them interesting but ive never written them down before and it would be good to do it!
1) I have lost a stone in weight (14lbs) and i am back to the weight i was before i started uni!!
2) the belt which struggled to fit 3 months ago has now ran out of holes and i shall need to invest in a new belt pretty soon!
3) I feel the need to exercise every day and if i dont i feel rubbish
4) I can fit in UK size 10 jeans and actually think my legs look pretty sexy in them
Im sure i'll think of some other achievements soon but thats it for now!
