I have decided to relax this week and starting Sunday I am back on the wagon. It is funny that since I decided that I haven't ate much at all (good or bad)

Sally-I enjoyed your web page thank you for sharing that it really encouraged me. I have very high blood pressure and right now I am have problems finding one that I can take.

I just have a min due to kids being home on break this week. I am lifting you in prayer. And a big THANK YOU for all the prayers I am feeling discouraged right now and all of you have been such a blessing!
