Monday I weighed in at 184.6lbs and Friday I weighed in at 181.0lbs - so down about 3.6lbs this week.

Lost 1.5 lb! Hooray!

I really don't get this, since I'm knee-deep in my TOM and I feel like i'm eating everything in sight. But maybe i just WANT to eat everything in sight. Hmmm.

I am down 2.6 pounds this week and .5% bmi... I am still 328.6 but I used to be 394 ... so its better than it was!

205.4 today. Biking and lifting wtt--I don't hate it and I've been doing it consistently. Sticking with the soft calorie count. Still craving sugar, but so far able to stick with fruit and a little ice cream.
