I've seen something like the spa treatments you're talking about on the show How To Look Good Naked (the UK version -- I love Gok Wan!), but I do NOT have $200+ to throw away right now.

Besides, I think you can get the exact same effect with saran wrap at home. lol.

I used the inner and outer thigh machines today at the Gym, as well as doing lunges and squats the past three days, so hopefully I can at least firm them up, if not make them smaller.

I've been trying to watch my salt intake lately, but my alcohol consumption is pretty rare. I only tend to have a couple of drinks with friends maybe once a month at the most. It's not bloating, it's literal size that I'm worried about.

Hey vik,

I wanted to reply to this thread when it was started but somehow I didn't. I am glad it is still before the event. Sarong or shorts are nice, but the main thing I wanted to say I HAVE SEEN YOUR PICS AND YOU'RE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS, SO STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR THIGHS!!! Totally forget about them and just have lots of fun. There is nothing better than a truckload of giggles shared with good friends.

I'm bad with compliments, so this really really isn't false modesty or arrogance or however else it comes off.
