Me: 182.5, down 1 and a half pounds from last week. I've been feeling centered and motivated all week, and not having too much trouble with self control. Which is good, since this business of regaining weight just doesn't work for me. I need to get back down to my real, correct weight again. I just don't feel right when I'm in the 180's.
Weighed in and was surprised to see 172 on the scale, I actually lost a pound. Been a little lazy this week but back on track and hoping to lose some inches soon.
I've weighed in at 157 everyday this week, but this morning I stepped on the scale and it read 159!!! Then I stepped off, got back on, and it read 156. Did this two more times - 159, 156.
I think I need a new scale. It's my TOM, but seriously I don't think that explains a 3 lb. fluctuation in 10 seconds.
I'm going with 157 (my weight on M, T, W, R), which puts me down 1 lb. this week.
Hey we all survived another week with good losses and minor damages. Yay!
I'm down 1.5 pounds - 236 from 237.5. That's a net half pound loss since I got off the bandwagon a few months back, and half a pound over my 20 pound loss.
The numbers are finally starting to catch up to my baggy clothes. I have all these beautiful size 18 pants sitting in my closet, waiting for me to lose another 1.5 inches, and I'm looking forward to breaking out the sewing machine to take in my size 20 wardrobe.
i am 174, exactly the same as last friday. not that i'm surprised, i went nuts with the calories last friday (my tracker reckoned it was somewhere around 3000) because it was my last day in my job and we had a big leaving night. i've had all of this week off and i've not done much. had a run on sunday and a 3 mile power walk on wednesday, so i'm just pleased to have maintained.
new job starts next week, and i'll be busy, so hopefully i should see some action on the scales on the 8th.
189.9 today, hopefully by monday, which is a goal day, I'm firmly at 189.0 or below, my goal for 8/4 is 189 firm. It would be nice to make a goal for once.
Since my scale was fluctuating so much this morning, I got a "second opinion" at the gym. According to the scale at the gym, I'm somewhere between 156 and 157 (no matter how many times I step off and on again).
