My little list of mini goals
I have always used large scale goals and that may have been the problem with past diets and failures so I thought why not use smaller goals? So my 1st goal is to be down to 165 by my birthday which is August 1st. I'm currently at 173 so its a stretch I'm sure but at least I'm not worry about losing the whole 40lbs so fast. Lord give me the strength to pass up on snack cakes!

Oh, 8 pounds in a week is definitely too big of a goal, but sounds like really you already know that.
But small goals are indeed a great strategy. And so much more fun when you're always reaching another goal :D |
