Well I had small gains here and there over the past few months (of course) but when I weighed in over the weekend and saw my weight was back down to 130 (last week I think it was 134 or something like that) I said to myself "wasn't that my last 3FC weigh in weight. I'm going back." And actually I would like to maintain the 130 for a week or two before I lose again. (of course if I do start losing sooner I won't complain.)
Basically I've been doing the same as always. Eating plenty of fruits and veggies, whole grains, dairy ect... ect... ect... Keeping up with my execising. Although to be honest I've kind of been slacking off on the exercisng the last few weeks. I'm still working out just not as much as I use to. But I want to try to my normal routine tomorrow. Which is exercising 5x a week for a 45 minutes sessions.
