Help! I have been off to a slow start with LA Weightloss and I am really trying hard not to get frustrated. I think (I can tell for sure) that I have lost inches since my clothes are much looser, but the pounds just are not coming off.
I have followed the menu plan to the 'T' and still nothing.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does it get better?
I am going to do the Take Off again this weekend and see if that doesn't help however I am kinda stuck because I had Kidney stones in March so I can't use the actual take off, I have to have melon instead. Plus I can't have the light bars either so I am a weird case.
Any and all help or ideas would be appreciated.
