Back again

It's been about 3 months? 4 months? since I last stopped by 3FC. Just thought I'd say "hi". I noticed a few faces that I remember.

I fell off the wagon then got back on. I gained 8 pounds back and then lost 7 of them, so I'm only "up" 1 pound - although I prefer to remind myself that I'm actually down 18 pounds. I'm pushing for 2 pounds gone by next Friday (7/18) so I can hit the 20 pounds off mark!
