Yeah, I admit it. I move my ticker down when the scale shows loss, but I NEVER move it back up if the scale shows gain. It's so much more discouraging if I actually have to backtrack on my ticker... Ack! It's bad enough I have to see a 2 pound gain on the scale, right?
I can only take that two pound gain so hard though, since it was a two pound gain from... Yesterday. I SO didn't eat two pounds of food yesterday. There's probably just some normal fluctuation, and probably a little actual gain since I've not been going to the gym... Ugh. I SHOULD go today. But I just don't want to!
Is anyone else a ticker cheater? Or am I the only one who wont own my gains along with my losses?
