tracking foods i eat
hi all, i have found this myfitday site, but was wondering if there are others, i mean, its ok but i'd like to see if theres other similar sites so i could choose
i want to track what i eat and count the calories i take daily do you know if there's any that allows me to input also daily excercise? |
three days and haven't smoked yet!

Fitday, not enough choices
I starting using Fitday back in the day, but then someone suggested Daily plate.com and I like it much better. It has more selection is actually more appealing to the eye. Give it a try.
|
I use Dailyplate.com too. There are a lot of name brand stuff, which is helpful, and they let you put your physical activity in as well, calculating calories burned based on weight.
|
I also like thedailyplate.com . I used to use fitday, but switched over in Feb.
And :bravo: on the no ciggies! |
Based on this thread, I just started an account over at dailyplate.
I input everything I ate yesterday and it says I am over by 965 calories! However, upon closer inspection it says I should have eaten ZERO calories yesterday! I know that dieting means cutting back, but that's just plain ridiculous! (I don't really know how to fix this on the website, so for now I'm just going to let it amuse me :D) |
I always found fitday to be one the easiest
but found sparkpeople and myfitnesspal to have more foods enter so I liked them better i tried the daily plate and never liked it you can enter exercise in all of them |
I'm so thankful for this thread!
Just signed up with DailyPlate. I hope this tool will help me get on track. |
also discovery health and you on a diet bits have the same sort of set up :)
