Smile So the last couple days...

I haven't been on here, and I haven't exactly been good. Though really I haven't been that bad, either.

On Sunday at work my two coworkers left to get Subway for all four of us working and some snacks at Walgreens. From Subway I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich... Only 6 inches, but still not exactly the best choice. I also got a fast break from walgreens, which I ate, and I also ate a cookie out of a pack of them. It wasn't that bad, like I said, it just seemed like it at the time! The rest of that day was pretty good, food wise... I'm pretty sure, anyway! I spent the night at my best friend Ashley's house, without much consequence...

Yesterday morning I treated us to Denny's, because it sounded good. I got the fabulous french toast platter, and ate all four sausage links but only two pieces of french toast... I felt a little better about that. That was at a little after 11:30, so it got to be breakfast AND lunch... then for dinner I had a frozen Eating Right garlic chicken pizza... Yum! That was around 4:30 or so... And i didn't eat ANYTHING after that! Well, almost nothing....

My biggest accomplishment of the day was cinnabon. My coworker went down and got one for herself, one for her to share with her DH, and since she got the third one free, she gave it to me. I was going to share it with my sister when I got home, but she wasn't in the mood for it. Instead of eating it and likely eating the WHOLE thing on my own, I just threw it away and ate an otter pop instead - A LOT less calories, and it still tasted good!

I got on the scale today to discover I've lost two more pounds... Go me! Probably had something to do with all the up and down ladders and lifting boxes I did yesterday... I'm feeling good!

You go girl! See, you are making small, positive changes as you go. Yeah, there are choices you could have made differently, but take it one step at a time. Good for you for passing up the things you did pass up, and for limiting yourself when you could!

Keep on a-going!

Thanks Jay! I'm just glad I can feel good even if I'm just making gradual changes as I go along... It seems to be working out for me, so I'm pretty stoked!
