I'm actually so excited!!! I thought that I would gain weight yesterday (I weigh daily) because I ate a bit too much, but instead, I lost half a pound! I'm giddy with excitement and just wanted to share.
First goal: under 180: 6/2/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 6/9/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
