Default Weight Loss Support June 10-15

Good evening!

Did you know that while 190 people viewed that poll thread, less than 30 actually voted? I wonder why? er why not?

So far so good for me today. My calories are good and I can still have something to eat before bed. I weeded a bit ... that may or may not be exercise but it's activity. Most importantly, it was activity that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I don't very often have days that are good food-wise and exercise-wise at the same time

I'm pretty sure that thread views include lurkers, so you're ALWAYS going to have a ton more views than posts...lurkers can't vote or post.

Also, if you go and view something again, I'm pretty sure it counts it again.

Morning! Hi, my name is Josephine and I'm a 3FC addict, so I can't be a part of too many groups. And each group has it's own dynamics, too, which is nice! If this one peters out, then so be it, but maybe we'll get a couple of folks who want to play!

So, I'm on Day 91 totally on-plan and as of this morning I've lost 40 pounds on the dot. Whoo hoo! Very motivating to wake up and see that. Next month I'm going on vacation to Monterey/Big Sur with my darling husband and I'm already strategizing how I will stay TOTALLY on plan while there. And I'm hoping to lose some more weight before we go, of course.

I'm ready to have a good Wednesday!

Edited to add: a little about me - I'm a vegan calorie counter; I'm into triathlons and running; I'm married with no kids; love animals of all kinds; am enchanted with my dogs, cats, and fish; I'm into books, movies and music; and I'm unhandy in the kitchen. I'm silly and sarcastic and friendly and outgoing. So that's me in a nutshell. Look forward to meeting everyone!

Wow, 91 days on plan is outstanding. Congratulations to you. If I have two days in a row on plan I get pretty excited.

Have any of you seen the Slimquick commercials on TV? I don't use anything like that and haven't had the need to but those commercials are so funny. She says that she has been drinking nothing but water for a year and hasn't lost anything. Then she pours her water in the dogs bowl and he suddenly gets skinny. It makes me lol every time I see it!

I just had lunch and now I need to go and clean a little. Be back later. Have a great day everyone.

I've been zooming around all day and my eating is waaaay off track. I've had a bar and two handfuls of fruit. I'd better calmly have something wonderful before it's time to go to the gym. After that, it's fish poached over onions Just lately I could eat sauteed onions everyday!

Manda -- Love that commercial!

Don't lurk! Join us!!!

Think that'll fish 'em out?

I had imitation crabmeat on a ww wrap. I think it's Bluetoblue Barbara that sent me looking for that fake crab stuff. Yummy and very versatile.

Hey all...I am a voter by the way! I have been having a rough go of it. I want to lose at least 40 more pounds. I've been working out like crazy but my eating so HARD to get in control! I've been doing alot of reading and one thing that is FOR CERTAIN is that it's ALL ABOUT THE FOOD. So I've taped a sign to my fridge that says 'FOOD INTAKE IS EVERYTHING' along with some pics of what I want to look like and what I don't. I've never done that so 'here's to trying new things' so far day 1---going very well, but then again it usually does until late afternoon/early evening. But I'm committed to myself----LET'S GET THIS DONE!

Hi ladies! I broke my 6 month threshold on 145+ and am FINALLY at 140. I am working a little bit with a trainer and will now have some more time on my hands over the summer as I will not start working again until after my wedding in late August. What this translates to it: NO MORE OFFICE SNACKING (at least till September).

Edit: I would like to lose 10 pounds by my wedding for vanity sake. I would not like to do what I've seen other brides do which is lose those 10 pounds the week of the wedding.

I personally think that with support and guidance .... Rocker Chick and Junebug41 will both be successful. Golly look what you've done already.

Junebug? What are you planning on doing differently for those ten pounds? the trainer?

Rocker Chick? Tell us what you're eating. Maybe having an audience will keep you on the straight and narrow.

I did real live intervals on the treadmill today! I did three peaks in 30 minutes and ended up running (moi) running for 8 minutes total. That is huge for me.

Just found this site yesterday, decided not to spend time lurking, posted earlier today in intro thread but first post here.

I've been on my program for 11 days, today was actually the first day I felt hungry but I got through it. Looking forward to all the support here.
