My "strategy" hasn't been on purpose really, but I've been going in "spurts" losing about 4-5 lbs at a time.
In two rounds of this I lost some weight, but I'd like to lose 5 more in my next round. Then another 5 to make it 10 lbs by Memorial Day which is the kickoff to SUMMER.
Got myself a new exercise/diet journal, I do best when tracking what I'm eating and what I"m doing. If I can push it for the big 10 then it'll be maintenance which is a problem as yes inbetween my "spurts" there's been some slipping, some big burgers, pizza, etc.
But for now round three of four rounds... Cut calories to about 1400 per day, 5 days a week cardio, 3 days weights and yoga/relaxation. It's the perfect time of year for this, getting warmer, my boy loves his little bike and I run to just keep up with him. Plus down in weight some I just feel better, with more energy and I like people more. I was depressed for a time it seems , diet exercise really helps.
