water weight gone!
 

So some of you ladies know that 4 days ago, when I had regularly weighed in at 179, I had weighted in at 187, at my TOM. Yikes! Well, got back on the scale today, and guess what - back to 179!!! Yea!!! I can't believe that was all just bloat, I thought I must have gained a couple of lbs. But 4 days later, all gone! I ate healthy these few days, low sodium, and had a lot of water, taking all the wonderful advice you guys put out. Thanks for your help ladies! You really kept me calm through this mini-crisis!

Yay! Such good news! :D Way to keep on track over that little bump in the road.

Good job staying focused through that stress! In the past, I could gain 10 pounds due to hormonal bloat. Changing my eating and lifestyle has eliminated that and I don't usually gain any now...What a relief!

I have had some similar scares like that. It's such a relief when you KNOW it's water weight and it comes off!

Another scare I had was from the scale at the gym. I guess I didn't push the bottom weight clicky thing (that is the formal term for it, don't you know) over far enough and thought I had gained 10 pounds in 1 day! I nudged it over so it clicked into place and it turns out I lost 2 pounds. :dizzy:

Its amazing how much we fluctuate.. I couldn't make sense of why 'Jillian' on TBL was 'adding' more sodium to one of her team members to increase 'weight loss' ??? ... I avoid it at all cost... Did anyone else catch that ?
