I'm not sure where I should be posting this, as it is to do with weight loss, but not a 'specific' type of support. I'm sure someone will move it if there is a better spot for it.
I recently updated my website and a couple of things may help some people with their own challenges/doubts. I have talked a fair bit about the emotional
side of weight loss and maintaining that weight loss. I have also put up a document about excess skin
and how I handle it.
Of course, there are also new photos, as people have been asking me how I'm going as it's been two years since I lost my weight. There have been ups and downs, but generally things are still going GREAT!

I hope that the updates are of use to some of you. It was actually quite therapeutic to put it all down in writing. So at least it helped ME. LOL
