I reached my lowest weight in early December 2007. I have fluctuated 2-3 lbs during the three months since, but THIS morning, I weigh exactly what I weighed in Dec. I am so proud of myself.
I still want to get to my goal, but I needed a rest from so much vigilance over my eating. I am eating the same things I was eating while loosing, only more. I am also eating more treats - mostly, but not all, healthy treats. I am happy with my new eating habits which I have been working on since Jan 2007.
