Ok I have Looked hight & low for a support grps and I have found a few but Would like to spend my time on this AWESOME BAORD .

I have posted a introduction of myself and made a few posts as you can see and responded to those who had Posted something about Herbal Magic.

Hi Christina! Anyone is welcome to start a support thread for their particular diet plan. If you'd like to start one, the best place to put it would probably be in General Diet Plans. That's where members look for support for plans that don't have a specific forum. Put the name of your plan in the title and then if anyone else is following the plan, they'll see your thread and you can get a support group together.
