Default Need Advice

I've lost 40 pounds in 3years and need to lost another 40 pounds but I need advice... I'm struggling very bad right now. Any advice please send them my way. Thanks

Blueeyses I am new to 3FC but have found very detailed advice from these wonderful weight warriors!!! just ask away and you will be astounded with their kindness, wisdom and the fact that they have been there!!! I hope that you will stick around so we can all be encouraged by your questions(most people think they are the only one going through a situation) and when we pose the question and others respond......those that can't form the question themselves are blessed as well!!!

I encourage you to stick around & give it a try!!!

Yes, please do tell us what you need advice on. I know you're having some issues with stalling, and with motivating yourself to exercise from another thread you posted - maybe we can start with those?

We need more info - what are you eating, both how much and what types of foods? Do you do any exercise now?
