Finally, finally, finally got the scale to drop a lb. Cut the cals the past 2 days just by about 100 cals each day (to around 1400). Also lost 1 inch each in my bust, waist and hips. YEAH!
I went "running" with my boy as he rode his bike. I was amazed at my energy, how far I could run, how fit I felt. I few months ago I wouldn't have felt like this AT ALL. It's been winter and we've been cooped up inside. I don't think of myself as a runner but perhaps it'll be my next workout for a time. That runner's high is good...
