I don't know what it is. I'm excited, but I'm frustrated too. My diet has been going great and I was on the band wagon with no problems. Well, my weight was so much higher than it had ever been, so my menstral cycle has been all out of wack. Well, it's been about 7 weeks since my last regular cycle and I started spotting today. I have been so hungry and trying so hard to stay on my diet and it's hard. I broke today and gave in to my craving for nachos, and I tried to make it as healthy as possible, but I still feel fat:(. I am trying so hard, and I have lost 10 pounds, but I feel like if I keep bending the rules that I am never going to get the extra 98 pounds off. :(. I don't know, I guess that I am needing a little push and a little tough love:rollpin:

Congrats on losing 10 pounds!!!!

I find there are some days I just give in. I try to minimize the damage, but sometimes it happens. One day of overeating didn't make me fat. The key is to get right back on plan!!! So, don't head down that slippery slope!

I find the other key is to try to figure out why I am overeating and try to strategize to try to find a way to have it not happen again. Or, at least less often!

Heather's definitely right. We're all bound to have a not so great day every now and then - and that's okay. Make that 2 days and then 3, well that's another story. So you (we) need to get right back to it and then there's minimal damage, if any done. Again, it's not the ONE day of bad eating that gets us heavy, it's the 2 and 3 and so on and so on.

Don't worry. You're doing great!!! Congratulations. 10 lbs off is a NICE chunk. Get right back on that wagon and before you know it, they'll be another nice chunk gone .... and then another.... and another. Good luck. :)
